Not every loss in Fortnite or Roblox is frustrating—some are just hilarious. Whether it’s glitchy physics, unexpected chaos, or total player error, I’ve had my fair share of moments that made me laugh more than rage. So here are a few of the funniest ways I’ve been eliminated in both games. Let’s rate them on my totally made-up “LOL Scale”!
1. Fortnite: Flying a Car Off a Mountain (LOL Scale: 9/10)
I once tried to ramp a car over a river during a high-stakes match… but instead, I flew off a mountain and exploded mid-air. The car literally flipped six times before it even hit the ground. I was laughing so hard I forgot I was top 5.
2. Roblox: Glitched Into the Void in Rainbow Friends (LOL Scale: 10/10)
I kept glitching out of the map while trying to hide in Rainbow Friends. I ended up in total darkness, just falling forever. What made it worse (or better) was hearing the footsteps of the monster getting closer… in the void!
3. Fortnite: Hydraulics Gone Wrong (LOL Scale: 8.5/10)
I tried messing with a car’s hydraulics to make it “jump”… and it glitched so hard, the car stretched into a tall monster and launched into the sky. Everyone stopped shooting just to watch it. Then I exploded.
4. Roblox: Got Beat by a Hacker Dressed Like a Noob (LOL Scale: 9.5/10)
In Murder Mystery 2, I got taken out by someone who looked like a total bacon-haired newbie. Turns out he was hacking—teleporting, glitching, and somehow throwing knives around corners. I couldn’t even be mad. It was that funny.
5. Fortnite: Eliminated by My Own Fire (LOL Scale: 7/10)
Pro tip: don’t use a firefly jar indoors. I lit the entire building I was in on fire… while I was hiding in it. Burned myself down before the enemy even noticed me.
